Reservation Cancellation and No-show Policy
To secure a confirmed booking, credit card details are required as security for the reservation. This secures your booking for the period of your intended stay and guarantees your site or cabin upon arrival. If you wish to stay beyond the period of your original booking, we request that you advise us as soon as you are aware so that we may check availability and extend both the booking and the continued occupancy of your original site or cabin. Cancellation of bookings:
- A deposit equivalent to one nights stay in your chosen cabin or site, is required at time of booking, in order to secure your booking.
- If a cancellation is made outside 48 hours prior to arrival date, at the manager’s discretion a full credit for another stay may be applied *Conditions apply
- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date, will result in loss of deposit equivalent to one nights stay,
- For cancellation after 2pm on the date of arrival or No-Show, no refund or credits will be offered and deposit will be forfeited.
While we always regret the necessity to impose charges upon guests who do not utilise their site or accommodation booking, we have found it necessary to make these charges for the certain circumstances set out above in the hope that it will encourage guests to assist us in advising of any travel changes at an early time to allow us to relet the room with minimal loss.
We believe our cancellation policy is more generous than most, particularly in our offer of site and accommodation credits in some circumstances *Conditions apply.
